mastering the green smoothie
Yes, I know, another green smoothie, right? There is a reason that the "green smoothie" is so popular and its simply because their good for you (trust me here). Therefore, I threw some of my favorite green smoothie ingredients together on a list below so that you can start creating some magical green smoothies in your kitchen! Warning: my smoothies are typically just a mixture of what I have on hand or what I remember to throw in the ol Vitamix. It is my goal to inspire you with your green drink so that your insides and future you will thank me. Cheers!

Note: all ingredients are organic, non-gmo, and if in season, local
bananas (extra creamy texture)
berries of all kinds
acai (if you're feeling real frisky)
green grapes (the best base if you are looking to make a lighter smoothie)
Mushroom powders (cordyceps, ashwanganda, reishi, chaga) head to moon juice shop
Local Bee Pollen
Plant based protein (hemp is preferred- it is the most bio-available) Check out onit's blend here.
Almonds (organic, nonpareil)
Fresh Pressed OJ
